The Process of Starting a HomeLife Franchise

When you decide that you would like to consider a HomeLife franchise, first thing you will do is (after you read about us) is to click on the franchise inquiry link.

The link will provide us with a way for our business development manager to contact you.

Soon after we receive your contact information our representative will contact you and ask you some basic questions about your goals and plans.

If you are an existing real estate office we will come and visit you at your office. If you are a broker or investor planning to open an office you will be advised to go to our Franchise application link , fill up the required information and forward it to us.

Once we reviewed your application, we will inform you how we will proceed.

At our meeting, we will provide you with a Franchise disclosure document ( in the provinces that require) , where you will learn about our company, our franchises, our fees, terms and conditions of the franchise agreement as well as financial information.

You will sign an acknowledgement of receipt and afterwards you will have an opportunity to do your due diligence for a period of 14 days and decide whether a HomeLife franchise is for you.

Once you have decided to go ahead with a HomeLife franchise we will both sign a franchise agreement. We will assist you in finding a suitable location (if you do not have an established office. We will guide you in incorporation, set up and a business plan.

As soon as you are ready to open, you will be visited again by our franchise relations and education staff to teach you all the HomeLife tools, programs and systems as well as introduce to you and your agents to all of our education materials.

HomeLife representatives will introduce you to our broker as well as agents websites and our I.T. people will help you customize them.

You can have a new office up and running in 90 days or less, or an office converted within a few weeks.
